ATLANTA — The Atlanta Braves defeated the Milwaukee Brewers 4-3 on June 20, 2026, at Truist Park in Atlanta, Georgia. Ozzie Albies hit a walk-off two-run home run in the ninth inning for the Braves.

Albies hit two home runs in the game, including a solo homer leading off the bottom of the fifth inning. He committed a fielding error on a grounder by Brice Turang in the sixth inning. Dylan Lee pitched a scoreless ninth inning for the Braves.

Milwaukee Brewers pitcher Kyle Harrison pitched 6 1/3 innings, allowing four hits and two runs. Andrew Vaughn hit an RBI single for the Brewers in the sixth inning, and Gary Sánchez added a sacrifice fly in the same inning. William Contreras and Cooper Pratt each had two hits for the Brewers.

Atlanta Braves pitcher Chris Sale pitched 5 2/3 innings, allowing five hits and two unearned runs. Joey Bart made his first start for the Braves after being acquired from the Pittsburgh Pirates, going 0 for 3 in the game. Bart is the eighth catcher to appear in a game for the Braves this season.

Matt Olson singled off Aaron Ashby with one out in the ninth inning, which preceded Albies' game-winning home run. Ashby was credited with the loss for the Brewers. Walt Weiss, manager for the Braves, said, "It speaks volumes of what this group is made of. You have to stay away from the long drought. ... Even the best teams have tough stretches. I just love the way we've responded to our tough stretch." Weiss added, "It means a lot. That's coming from a pretty good source. I tend to agree with him. It's a special group in a lot of ways."

Albies said, "This team is really special." He added, "I've been on this team a long time. Really special group each and every year, but this one I would say is in the top two. A special group, a great group of guys." Regarding his game-winning hit, Albies said, "I was just debating if it was going foul. When I saw it was staying fair, I started running." The Braves have recorded 25 comeback wins this season. Albies has been with the Braves since 2017 and has played on seven Atlanta teams that advanced to the postseason.
