JERSEY CITY — Arizona Cardinals owner Michael Bidwill granted bride Olivia Coppeletti the team's reserved presidential suite in Jersey City for her wedding weekend after she sent an email on July 2, 2026. Coppeletti had emailed the Cardinals, addressing her request to head coach Mike LaFleur, seeking to use the suite at a Jersey City hotel on October 4, 2026.

Coppeletti is scheduled to be married at Battello in Jersey City on October 4, 2026, the same day the Cardinals are scheduled to play the New York Giants at MetLife Stadium. The hotel where Coppeletti planned to stay is contractually obligated to reserve rooms for visiting NFL teams playing at MetLife Stadium. The presidential suite, which Coppeletti sought, was originally reserved for Bidwill.

In her email, Coppeletti acknowledged the unlikelihood of her request. She wrote, "But as a bride who has exhausted all conventional options, I have decided to take my chances." She further explained her position, stating, "In other words, Coach, you have unknowingly become the final obstacle standing between me and my dream wedding suite."

Coppeletti directly asked in her email, "If you are not planning to use that suite on Sunday, Oct. 4, would you consider letting a desperate bride have a chance to book it?" She included a lighthearted comparison of priorities, stating, "The Cardinals have a game to win. I have hair and makeup to get done. Different priorities." She also mentioned her fiancé's support for a player, writing, "My fiancé said something about 'let's go, Trey McBride.' I don't know who he is, but I'm rooting for him."

Mark Dalton, Arizona Cardinals senior vice president of media relations, responded to Coppeletti's email. Bidwill subsequently sent a video message to Coppeletti confirming the approval of her request for the suite. In his message, Bidwill said, "Your email, which I absolutely loved, made its way to me." Bidwill also clarified the original reservation, stating, "The suite you requested wasn't reserved for the coach of the Cardinals but rather the owner of the Cardinals." Coppeletti posted a TikTok video about the suite request, which received 2.1 million views in less than 24 hours.
