HAMILTON COUNTY — The Hamilton County Sheriff's Office arrested 11 people on various charges on May 15, 2026, in Hamilton County, Tennessee. The charges ranged from traffic violations to aggravated assault and retaliation against a judge, juror or officer.
Jord Lea Field, 38, of 1108 Tamarack Trail in East Ridge, was charged with aggravated assault. Emerald Starr House, 28, listed as homeless in Chattanooga, was charged with assault.
Frank G. Watkins, 39, was charged with retaliation against a judge, juror or officer; contraband in a penal institution; and disorderly conduct. Watkins was among those taken into custody by the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office on May 15, 2026.
Lucas Aaron Dobbs, 38, of 2527 Love Lane in Soddy Daisy, was charged with drugs general category for resale; driving on a revoked, suspended or canceled license; seat belt law violation; expired registration; and failure to maintain financial responsibility. Jeremy Luis Melendez-Andujar, 26, was charged with possession of a controlled substance; violation of driver's license law; open container violation; and public indecency.
Jeremy Harden Levi, 46, of 723 Retro Hughes Rd in Sale Creek, was charged with driving on a revoked, suspended or canceled license; failure to maintain financial responsibility; muffler law violation; and improper display of plates. Kevin George Wade, 43, was charged with driving on a revoked, suspended or canceled license.
Also arrested on May 15, 2026, were Jamichael Antwon Battle, 37, of 201 Ead St Apt 146 in East Ridge; Ross Christopher Chapman, 38, of 1241 Birmingham Hwy in Chattanooga; Danielle Elise Dean, 45, of 4145 Ringgold Rd in Chattanooga; Tiffany Nicole Fults, 31, of 305 North College in Chattanooga; and James Michael Ovington, 53. The charges against Battle, Chapman, Dean, Fults, and Ovington were among those recorded by the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office on May 15, 2026.
