BMO STADIUM — Seven-time Super Bowl champion Tom Brady mocked Logan Paul's athletic abilities during an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Tuesday while promoting Saturday's Fanatics Flag Football Classic at BMO Stadium.
"They're great athletes. Logan Paul is not really a great athlete. Just kidding!" Brady said. "He actually is. I saw a backflip from him today. But he literally called out these NFL players and I had all these guys come to me, 'I'm gonna f--,' and I'm like, 'Guys, chill out. We're not committing any crimes against Logan Paul.'"
The feud between Brady and Paul began when they talked during Super Bowl week at radio row ahead of the Fanatics Flag Football Classic. He said he was concerned about Paul facing NFL-level competition.
"I'm actually a little worried for you. You're a good athlete but you're like … These guys are at another level," Brady said. "You're not the level. You're a good athlete. But honestly, this is like real football. This is real competition."
Brady called Paul a derogatory name while working out with Rob Gronkowski, who is also set to play in the flag football game. Paul responded by posting a video showing how high he can leap, comparing himself to the way Saquon Barkley leaped over defenders during a Philadelphia Eagles game in 2024 on their way to a Super Bowl title.
Paul previously offered $1 million to any NFL player for a boxing match, prompting former NFL star Le'Veon Bell to express eagerness to challenge him. Paul has suggested the competition could escalate beyond flag football.
"I wouldn't be surprised if I throw hands with Tom Brady on the field," Paul said.
The Fanatics Flag Football Classic will feature Paul alongside iShowSpeed and Bud Crawford competing against Brady's team of NFL players including Gronkowski.
