INGLEWOOD — The No. 10-seed Golden State Warriors will face the No. 9-seed Los Angeles Clippers in an NBA play-in game on Wednesday, April 15, at 7 p.m. at the Intuit Dome in Inglewood. The game will be broadcast on Amazon Prime.

The winner will advance to a second play-in game on Friday night, traveling to face the winner of the No. 8-seed Portland Trail Blazers versus the No. 7-seed Phoenix Suns matchup.

Both teams enter the contest with key players returning from injury. Kawhi Leonard and Draymond Green were ruled out before tipoff of the Warriors-Clippers regular-season finale due to an ankle injury and a back injury, respectively, but both are expected to return to their starting lineups Wednesday.

Stephen Curry returned from a 27-game absence due to a runner's knee in his right leg and was back in the starting lineup for Golden State's 124-118 loss to the Sacramento Kings on Friday. Curry rolled his ankle when he collided with Kings guard Devin Carter at half court. "I'll be all right. As long as it's not my knee." Curry said. Warriors head coach Steve Kerr said, "I was worried it was his knee. I just saw him limping. He came over and he said, 'No, I'm fine. It's just the ankle.'"

Friday's game was the first test run for a lineup featuring Curry alongside Al Horford and Kristaps Porzingis. "We've just got to get a little more organized. There's a lot of chaos out there with Steph, and I don't think KP's quite used to that." Warriors guard Brandin Podziemski said.

The Clippers won the season series against the Warriors 3-1. Los Angeles had won eight straight games against Golden State in Southern California heading into the season finale — the Warriors' longest road losing streak against any opponent since Kerr became head coach in 2014. The Clippers have won nine of the past 10 meetings between the teams in any venue.

Over their last 10 games, the Clippers posted a 6-4 record while the Warriors went 3-7. The Clippers carry an offensive rating of 117.2, ranked 11th in the league, and a defensive rating of 116.1, ranked 18th. The Warriors have an offensive rating of 115.0, ranked 19th, and a defensive rating of 115.5, ranked 15th.

Golden State finished the regular season at 37-45, its second-worst record in 12 seasons under Kerr. Leonard has scored 20 or more points in 55 consecutive games and in 62 games this season.
