CHATTANOOGA — A Criminal Court jury found Felix Andres Domingo guilty of all counts in a trial presided over by Judge Boyd Patterson. The verdict concludes proceedings that began after Domingo was arrested in May 2024.

Domingo was convicted of continuous sexual abuse of a child, rape of a child, aggravated sexual battery, two counts of rape, two counts of statutory rape by an authority figure, and one count of sexual battery by an authority figure. Assistant District Attorney Jacob Faraday also tried the case.

Child sex prosecutor Stephani Brown provided details on the legal structure of the conviction. "With the way the law is written, all charges will merge into the sexual abuse of a child," Brown said. She further clarified the potential penalty, stating, "His punishment range will be the full range on a Class A felony - 15-60 years." The sentencing hearing is scheduled for Sept. 21.

Brown outlined the timeline of the offenses during the legal proceedings. "The sexual abuse of the named victim in this case occurred when she was approximately 11 through 13 years old," she said. The prosecutor also described the living situation between the parties involved.

"The victim and the defendant were not related by blood or marriage but did live within the same home," Brown said. Court records from the Hamilton County Jail indicate Domingo was held on a $1.6 million bond following his initial arrest.

The victim stated she was two months pregnant as a result of the rapes. Domingo and Pasqual Andres Domingo are brothers from the Highland Park neighborhood in Chattanooga.
