HAMILTON COUNTY — The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office arrested 37 individuals on July 12, 2026, on a range of charges including drug offenses, traffic violations, assault, and failure to appear in court. The arrests reflect a single-day enforcement action by the elected chief law enforcement officer of Hamilton County, Ohio.

Van William Atkins, 32, faced multiple charges including evading arrest, theft of property, reckless endangerment, reckless driving, and speeding. Pamela Jane Brown, 50, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and the manufacture, delivery, or sale of methamphetamine. Katharine Mae Garner, 39, was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal impersonation, manufacture, delivery, or sale of methamphetamine, and possession of a Schedule II controlled substance.

Zachary Tyler Combs, 33, was booked on charges of possession of a Schedule II controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Caleb Cope Owens, 28, faced charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, a Schedule II drug violation, and possession of a controlled substance. Amber Lynn Stonecipher, 39, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, misuse of evidence registration, driving on a revoked, suspended, or canceled license, and financial responsibility violation.

Melissa Ann Neice, 42, was charged with financial responsibility violation, failure to carry and display a license, criminal impersonation, open container law violation, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Mia Teneesha Cunningham, 38, faced charges of violation of probation and theft of property. Paul Andrew Blodgett, 66, was arrested on a single charge of assault, while Zillie Rebecca Jones, 37, was booked for disorderly conduct.

Catherine Melissa Moore, 54, was charged as an accessory after the fact. Tiffany Ann Cardenas, 45, was arrested for failure to appear in court. Cameron Ryan Burton, 43, faced a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Additional individuals taken into custody without specified charges included James Willard Akins, 37; Damon Louis Bartos, 28; Matthew David Harris, 27; Victor Arir Lopez, 32; Stacey Sharonba Robinson, 41; and Amel Sahbaz, 35. Separately, Deborah Denice Woods, 67, was arrested by the Chattanooga Police Department—not the Hamilton County Sheriff—on charges of child neglect, traffic control signals violation, driving under the influence, and failure to exercise due care.
