HARRIS COUNTY — The Harris County Pct. 4 Constable’s Office is asking the public for help identifying a suspect in an indecent exposure investigation. Authorities are seeking information regarding alleged criminal acts at a residential property in the region.

The incidents occurred at an apartment complex in the 13000 block of Windfern Road. Deputies are investigating reports of suspicious behavior involving a male individual at this specific location.

The suspect has allegedly been seen looking through a complainant’s window at night. This voyeuristic activity was reported by a resident who observed the individual peering into their home during nighttime hours.

The suspect has reportedly been seen exposing himself while walking through the apartment complex during the daytime. These separate incidents involve indecent exposure in common areas of the residential property during daylight hours.

“The suspect’s actions are unacceptable, and deputies are working diligently to identify and apprehend him,” the constable’s office said. Officials emphasized their commitment to resolving the investigation and ensuring the safety of residents in the area.
