MEXICO CITY — Marco Peralta made his World Cup broadcasting debut at Estadio Azteca on June 11, 2026. He was in the booth for the match between Mexico and South Africa.

"You go to Santa Ana, they say that's mini Mexico or they go to East L.A. and that's mini Mexico. Well, you're in a border town, Mexico is literally in your backyard."

During his early life, Peralta studied the styles of broadcasters such as Enrique "El Perro" Bermúdez, Christian Martinoli, El Doctor Garcia, and Vin Scully. "The PlayStation was my best friend for a good amount of years. But thankfully, I'm a big believer in my faith," he said. Peralta is a fan of Real Madrid.
