NASHVILLE — WeGo Public Transit announced new bus route bay assignments for the Elizabeth Duff Transit Center at WeGo Central. These changes are scheduled to take effect on July 5, 2026.

Several routes will have new departure bays. Route 4 Shelby and Route 9 MetroCenter will both depart from Bay 20 on the lower level. Route 6 Lebanon Pike and Route 29 Jefferson are assigned to Bay 11 on the upper level. Route 17 12th Avenue South will leave from Bay 23 on the lower level.

Route 18 Airport will use Bay 14 on the lower level. Route 28 Meridian and Route 34 Opry Mills will both depart from Bay 4 on the upper level. Route 87 Gallatin/Hendersonville is assigned to Bay 2 on the upper level.

Additional routes with new assignments include Route 89 Springfield/Joelton, which will depart from Bay 6 on the upper level. Route 94 Clarksville will leave from Bay 23 on the lower level, and Route 95 Spring Hill/Franklin will use Bay 22 on the lower level.

WeGo Public Transit operates 27 local bus routes, nine regional bus routes, and one train service. Its operations cover Davidson and Wilson Counties. The Nashville Metropolitan Transit Authority and the Regional Transportation Authority of Middle Tennessee function as the operating bodies for WeGo Public Transit.
