LOS ANGELES — The Sculpt Society launched its midlife fitness program for women over 40 in February 2026. The Los Angeles-based fitness platform introduced online workouts that incorporate strength training, mobility, deep core, pelvic floor, and cardio exercises.

The midlife program includes doctor-led conversations about perimenopause and menopause, covering bone density, nutrition, sexual wellness, and mental health. The program features a symptom support feature that allows users to choose movement based on energy levels, mood shifts, or disrupted sleep.

Before launching the midlife program, The Sculpt Society conducted a test program using a Google Form shared on Instagram stories that generated hundreds of responses. Participants also reached out to the company's customer support email expressing interest in participating in the test program.

Megan Roup founded The Sculpt Society in 2017 to provide approachable, fun movement classes for women seeking supportive fitness. The company launched its app in 2019.

Roup struggled with body image and negative self-talk in her 20s while living in New York City. She observed that the fitness world in New York City focused on long, intense workouts and lacked supportive messaging.

In early The Sculpt Society classes, sometimes only two people attended. Word of mouth and social media growth led the classes to fill up. Roup turned 40 in 2026.

The platform now offers 1,000 on-demand classes and has over 350,000 members worldwide. The company offers specialized programs for bridal, prenatal, postpartum, and midlife life stages.

Memberships to The Sculpt Society cost $24.99 per month or $189.99 per year. The app includes a community platform where members can chat and connect with one another. The Sculpt Society team interacts with members through social media, direct messages, and email.
