DANVILLE, N.H. — Nathan Wilder was charged with burglary while armed and criminal threatening with a deadly weapon in connection with a home invasion that occurred on June 23, 2026, on Beatrice Street in Danville, New Hampshire. Police said three masked men armed with baseball bats forced their way through the front door of the residence at approximately 9 p.m.

A 12-year-old child was home alone on a video chat with a friend when the break-in occurred. The child's friend called 911 to report the incident. During the home invasion, the intruders were looking for the child's father and threatened to seriously harm him.

Officers established a perimeter and searched the area using K9 units and a drone. K9 Crue tracked a scent from the crime scene to a nearby mobile home, where officers interviewed Nathan Wilder, a resident of the property. Wilder denied involvement in the break-in.

Police later learned that friends of the original caller reported one of the suspects had bragged about the break-in. Authorities identified the suspects as Nathan Wilder, John Wilder, and a juvenile. John Wilder admitted to breaking into the home on Beatrice Street and stated that Nathan Wilder and the juvenile assisted him.

Investigators recovered three baseball bats, two ski masks, and several articles of clothing connected to the incident. The juvenile suspect was released to a parent. John Wilder was charged with burglary with a weapon, criminal threat with a deadly weapon, and criminal mischief.
