DAVIE, FLA. — A woman called 911 on Sunday afternoon and alleged that Geno Smith attacked her outside his residence in Davie, Florida. The caller identified herself as Smith's ex-girlfriend and told the dispatcher, "My ex-boyfriend just beat me up."

The caller stated the incident occurred approximately one hour before her call. She also told the dispatcher there are video cameras around the house and outside in the front. "He probably deleted all the footage off the camera," the caller said. Davie Police Department officers arrived at Smith's residence around 4:40 p.m. on Sunday.

A Davie Police Department spokesperson confirmed no one was taken into custody at the scene. The spokesperson added that a detective is investigating the case, which remains active. No criminal charges have been announced against Smith.

A woman identified as Kristen posted allegations against Smith on her Instagram account @everythingkrisxo on Sunday. In an Instagram caption, Kristen wrote, "GENO SMITH beat my ass cause he HATES taking care of his special needs kid and can't be left alone with him because he'd rather watch s-x online and play Call of Duty." In a video, Kristen stated that Smith ran outside and attacked her, claiming he broke her computer. She also claimed in the video that Smith threw out her purses and took money from her car.

Video footage shared online shows Smith talking on the phone with an unidentified person. In the footage, Smith said, "She just called the police." Kristen responded in the video, "Geno just beat my a-s, that's why." She also said, "You ran outside and attacked me, b-tch." Video footage also shows Kristen running down a driveway and yelling for help. Another part of the video showed Smith inside a vehicle while a physical struggle appeared to take place nearby.

Geno Smith has not publicly commented on these allegations or the 911 call. The New York Jets did not provide a comment concerning the allegations. Smith was traded to the New York Jets by the Las Vegas Raiders in March, having previously played for the team from 2013 to 2016.
