CHATTANOOGA — The Hamilton County Sheriff's Office participated in multiple arrests on charges including driving under the influence, domestic assault, and theft, according to the June 22, 2026, arrest report. The report details arrests made by several local law enforcement agencies.

James Mitchell Cooley, 42, was arrested by the Hamilton County Sheriff on charges of violating probation for driving while in possession of methamphetamine and theft of property. Patrick Willard Bell, 63, was arrested by the Hamilton County Sheriff on a charge of domestic assault. Marcos Manuel Francisco, 21, was arrested by the Hamilton County Sheriff on charges of driving under the influence, leaving the scene of an accident with vehicle damage, improper display of plates, and violating the implied consent law. Sean David Reinshuttle, 28, was arrested by the Hamilton County Sheriff on charges of reckless driving, evading arrest, and possessing a firearm during a felony. Mikeala Chynnan Rinker, 27, was arrested by the Hamilton County Sheriff on a charge of theft of property. Albert F. Dulaney, 60, was arrested by the Hamilton County Sheriff for driving under the influence. Jonathan Alan Flerl, 38, was arrested by the Hamilton County Sheriff for driving on a revoked, suspended, or canceled license and possessing drug paraphernalia.

The Chattanooga Police Department arrested Abraham M. Ali, 29, for public intoxication, and Valentino Apolonio-Cruz, 35, for speeding, driving under the influence, open container law violations, and driving without a valid license. Jared Jamard Bailey, 34, Aries Taron Bradford, 20, Salomon Roberto Chun Laines, 40, Antonio Labron Johnson, 32, Terra Lynn Martinez, 25, and Tyerice Maykel Thomas, 21, were each arrested on charges of domestic assault by the Chattanooga Police Department. Kimberly Cannon, 40, and Teresa Diane Stiles, 64, were arrested by Chattanooga Police for driving under the influence. Ashley Elizabeth Lumpkin, 36, was also arrested by Chattanooga Police for driving left of the center line, leaving the scene of an accident involving a parked vehicle, driving under the influence, and failing to exercise due care.
