GAZA — An Israeli drone strike on Saturday in the Bureij refugee camp killed one person and injured two others. The individual killed was identified as Muawiya al-Aydi, a local municipality worker.

Separately, an Israeli strike in the Tuffah neighbourhood of Gaza City injured one person. The Gaza Health Ministry reported that two Palestinians were killed and 11 injured in attacks over a 48-hour period, and that 983 individuals have been killed and 3,122 injured in attacks since the ceasefire began in October.

Hamas stated that Israel has conducted attacks that violate the ceasefire and has moved the boundary known as the Yellow Line. "Israeli actions reflect its unwillingness to implement the ceasefire agreement and aim to blow up the negotiation track and thwart the efforts being made, while continuing escalation to serve political and electoral considerations," said Hazem Qassem, a Hamas spokesperson.

Israeli military forces operate within Gaza, where they control over half of the territory. They also conducted operations in the West Bank on Saturday. Israeli forces deployed stun grenades and tear gas during a raid on the Dheisheh refugee camp near Bethlehem and while blocking access to the Solomon's Pools reservoirs near Bethlehem, causing injuries.

In the town of Duma, near Hebron, a disabled Palestinian man was shot and injured. Israeli police stated that an Israeli settler shot the man, claiming the settler felt threatened by the victim carrying a rock. Additionally, Israeli settlers assaulted Palestinian electrical workers and stole water pipes near Bethlehem.
