BRADLEY COUNTY — The Bradley County Sheriff's Office is searching for Robert Dakota "Cody" Partin, who is wanted for attempted second-degree murder. The charges stem from a stabbing that occurred on June 12, 2026, at a residence on Old Charleston Road NE.
Partin, 28, fled the scene before law enforcement arrived and remains at large. The victim sustained multiple stab wounds and was transported for emergency medical treatment. The victim is related to Partin.
Officials consider Partin armed and dangerous. Authorities advise the public not to approach him. The public should contact the sheriff's office or 911 with any information regarding his whereabouts.
Partin was last seen wearing black shorts and a blue shirt. He is described as a white male, 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighing approximately 225 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes, and wears glasses. Investigators believe Partin was traveling on foot in the northern portion of the Old Charleston Road area. Law enforcement does not believe he has access to a vehicle. The sheriff's office deployed patrol deputies, a K-9 unit, and an unmanned aerial drone to search the area following the incident.
