LAS VEGAS — Perez Hilton was hospitalized after a mysterious health scare, posting videos and photos on Instagram showing him in a hospital bed at Southern Hills Hospital in Las Vegas on Saturday. The 47-year-old media personality wore an oxygen mask while in the hospital bed.

The Instagram post included several images documenting his condition. One photo showed Hilton resting while holding hands with a woman. Another photo revealed several lesions on his abdomen. The photos also showed him with a damp cloth on his forehead and nasal tubes. He shared a photo of a monkey-shaped balloon.

"March madness indeed! Have I got a story to tell!" Hilton captioned the post. He told his followers that he would soon tell viewers about the saga.

Several celebrities responded to his post with messages of support. Actress Francia Raísa commented: "Wishing you a speedy recovery." Television personality Brandi Glanville commented: "Oh my God, take care of yourself. I'll pray for you."

In a follow-up video, Hilton thanked the staff at Southern Hills Hospital in Las Vegas and said he had received the best care from them. "You are angels, all of you at @southernhillshospitallv! 🙏" Hilton captioned the follow-up post.
