Rapper Latto announced her first pregnancy on March 20, 2026, through the cover art for her upcoming album Big Mama and the music video for her single "Business & Personal." The album will be released on May 29, 2026, via RCA Records.

Latto previewed her album Big Mama with the release of the single "Business & Personal." In the song, she addresses her evolution as an artist, rapping: "Fans say they miss the old me but I wouldn't be here with my old ways. Tried to put me on front street now they gotta see me on the front page."

Latto has hinted that 21 Savage is the father of her child. In another verse, she references her partner: "Got my man sending wires like he doing cable/ Know how to talk to his baby think he Miss Rachel."

In a separate lyric from the single, Latto raps: "Yeah they gon hate this/ MVP like SGA I swear I can't miss/ Ain't nobody touching me but TSA bitch/ They waitin on Big Mama to drop like GTA 6." The verse includes references to NBA player Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and the video game Grand Theft Auto 6.

Latto's third studio album, Sugar Honey Iced Tea, was released in 2024. Since then, she has released several singles leading up to Big Mama, including "Somebody" in May 2025 and "Chicken Grease" in August 2025.

In September 2025, Latto collaborated with Ice Spice on the single "Gyatt," marking their first collaboration together. On the pre-saved version of Big Mama on Spotify, the track "Somebody" appears as the closing track, though Latto has not yet shared the complete track list for the album.
