RED BANK — Bryan Hoss officially qualified to run for Red Bank Judge in the August 6, 2026 election after serving as interim judge since December 2025. He was appointed to the position by a unanimous 5-0 vote of the Red Bank Commission following the medical disability of longtime Judge Johnny Houston.
Hoss has 25 years of experience practicing law in Red Bank, with a focus on criminal matters. Nearly 40 residents of the Hill Pointe subdivision signed his qualifying petition.
"Last December, the city of Red Bank approached me and asked if I would step in and serve as Red Bank Judge for Judge Houston. I agreed and since then, the Red Bank Commission voted 5-0 to appoint me as the Red Bank Judge until the election," Hoss said.
"I am pleased to announce that I have officially qualified for the Red Bank Judge race. I want to thank nearly 40 neighbors of mine in the Hill Pointe subdivision of Red Bank for signing my qualifying petition," he said.
