WASHINGTON, D.C. — President Donald Trump presented the Commander-in-Chief's Trophy to the Navy football team at the White House on Monday. Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and Gen. Dan Caine were in the White House Situation Room during the ceremony.

The Navy football team beat Army during their 2025 game, earning the trophy that is awarded annually to the service academy with the best football record against the other two academies.

"We're doing extremely well," Trump said during the ceremony.

Trump said he would lead the Navy football team on a tour of the Oval Office.

Pete Hegseth serves as Secretary of Defense. Gen. Dan Caine is the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
