Baltimore Ravens running back Derrick Henry has adapted quickly to the team's new offensive system during Organized Team Activities, coach Jesse Minter said during OTA media availability. Henry, entering his 11th NFL season, is learning Baltimore's new terminology and scheme under offensive coordinator Declan Doyle.

Minter said Henry still approaches the game like someone trying to prove himself every single day, and continues attacking meetings, walkthroughs, and learning responsibilities with complete focus and urgency. The Ravens view Henry as one of the tone-setters for their roster.

"The way [Derrick Henry] operates and the standard at which he goes about his business, both in the classroom and learning. Derrick has run every scheme throughout his career, but when you change and terminology is different and you do need to learn formations, terminology, motions, all the different tags and cadences. So, just to see a guy like that with the experience and success that he's had sort of go about his process of getting better, he's an unbelievable example for everybody else on the team," he said.

Minter spoke about Henry's preparation and attention to detail during the Ravens OTA media availability. Henry is in his 11th NFL season and is working to absorb the new formations, terminology, motions, and cadences introduced under Doyle's offensive system.
