HOUSTON, TEXAS — The Houston Police Department and partner agencies seized 38 kilograms of methamphetamine, seven handguns, and one rifle during a multi-agency operation in Houston on May 14, 2026. The seizure followed the arrest of a suspect wanted on a warrant for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.
Investigators with the Houston Police Department Narcotics Division's Squad 21 worked alongside the Texas Department of Public Safety, the Drug Enforcement Administration, and the Harris County Sheriff's Office during the operation. The four agencies coordinated the arrest and the recovery of the seized items.
The 38 kilograms of methamphetamine, the seven handguns, and the rifle were recovered in connection with the arrest.
