CITRONELLE, ALA. — Citronelle Police Department officer Dylan Chase Owen died following a single-vehicle crash while on duty in Citronelle, Alabama. Owen was driving his cruiser when it left the roadway and crashed into a tree, according to the Officer Down Memorial Page.

Owen died at the scene despite lifesaving measures, according to the Officer Down Memorial Page. He was 26 years old at the time of his death.
