CITRONELLE, ALA. — Citronelle Police Department officer Dylan Chase Owen died following a single-vehicle crash while on duty in Citronelle, Alabama. Owen was driving his cruiser when it left the roadway and crashed into a tree, according to the Officer Down Memorial Page.
