NEW YORK — The 2026 Tony Awards ceremony will be held in New York on June 7, with Pink hosting the event. The Lost Boys and Schmigadoon! led the nominations with 12 each.

Ragtime followed with 11 nominations. Death of a Salesman, Cats: The Jellicle Ball and The Rocky Horror Show each received 9 nominations, while Two Strangers (Carry a Cake Across New York) earned 8 and Oedipus secured 7.

Liberation, Fallen Angels, Chess, The Balusters and Joe Turner's Come and Gone each received 5 nominations. Bug, Giant and Titaníque each picked up 4. Liberation also won the Pulitzer Prize for Drama.

Daniel Radcliffe is nominated for Best Leading Actor in a Play for his performance in the one-man play Every Brilliant Thing. He is competing in the category alongside Nathan Lane, nominated for Arthur Miller's Death of a Salesman; Will Harrison, nominated for Punch; and Mark Strong, nominated for Oedipus.

Rose Byrne received her first Tony Award nomination, in the Best Leading Actress in a Play category, for her performance in Noël Coward's comedy Fallen Angels. Lesley Manville is nominated for her performance in the Greek tragedy Oedipus, having previously won an Olivier Award for a performance in the West End.

John Lithgow is nominated for his portrayal of Roald Dahl in Giant. Layton Williams is nominated for his performance as the iceberg in the musical parody Titaníque. Both Lithgow and Williams have previously won Olivier Awards for performances in the West End. Luke Evans is nominated for Best Leading Actor in a Musical for The Rocky Horror Show.

The Tony Awards are considered the equivalent of the UK's Olivier Awards, which are presented annually for theatre productions in London's West End.
