NEW YORK — Actor and comedian Billy Crystal will return to Broadway this fall with a one-man show titled "860," written and performed by Crystal. Previews for the limited 12-week engagement will begin in October at a Shubert Theater in New York that has not yet been announced.

The show's title refers to the street address of the home where Crystal and his family lived for 46 years. The home was destroyed in the 2025 Palisades fires, which erupted on January 7.

"I invite you to come inside 860 and I'll tell you all the funny and touching things that happened there, not only in my career but to our family. It's a joyous and heartfelt visit, about how with the love of family and friends and your inner strength, you can get through tough times," Crystal said.

Crystal appeared as the first host of FireAid wearing the same clothes he had been wearing when he fled his family home. His daughters later found a rock in the wreckage of the home with the word "Laughter" engraved on it.

The show will be directed by Scott Ellis and produced by Janice Crystal, James L. Nederlander, Larry Magid, and Face Productions.

Crystal first made a name for himself through stand-up comedy, the television show "Soap," and films including "When Harry Met Sally," "City Slickers," and "Analyze This." In 2004, he turned his memoir "700 Sundays" into a Broadway one-man show, winning a Tony Award and a Drama Desk Award in 2005. He revived that show in 2013.

In 1992, Crystal directed, co-wrote, and starred in the film "Mr. Saturday Night," which he later adapted into a 2022 Broadway musical that earned Tony Award nominations for best book and lead actor in a musical. "860" will mark his latest Broadway production.
