SILICON VALLEY — AMC's new series The Audacity will debut with a two-episode premiere on Sunday, April 12, 2026, airing at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT on AMC and available to stream on AMC+ beginning at 3:01 a.m. ET. The eight-episode first season is written and showrun by Jonathan Glatzer, whose previous credits include Succession, Bad Sisters, and Better Call Saul.

After the two-episode premiere, new episodes will air weekly on Sundays. The cast includes Billy Magnussen, Sarah Goldberg, Zach Galifianakis, Lucy Punch, Simon Helberg, Rob Corddry, Meaghan Rath, Paul Adelstein, Everett Blunck, Thailey Roberge, Ava Marie Telek, and Randall Park. Other executive producers previously worked on Mad Men and Killing Eve.

AMC's official synopsis describes the series as set "inside the bubble of Silicon Valley" and focused on "the warped dreams, outsized egos, and ethical lapses of the self-styled inventors of the future. In a world of jaded billionaires, psychiatrist-gurus, bio-hacked tech bros, AI labs and disillusioned teens being optimized in elite private schools, an audacious data-mining CEO (Billy Magnussen) strives to turn insight and influence into profit and power. A darkly comedic drama that confronts reality, privacy, and the delusions fueling our ever-changing world." Magnussen portrays Duncan Park, the CEO of a data startup called Hypergnosis, while Goldberg plays Dr. JoAnne Felder, a psychiatrist.

AMC is pursuing a multi-platform marketing strategy for the launch. The network will make 21 three-minute segments of the premiere available on TikTok on April 12. Samsung TV Plus will simulcast the premiere at 9:00 p.m. ET on Samsung TV Network. AMC will also place advertisements on digital screens in office building elevators at technology companies through Captivate, featuring quotes from Magnussen's character. A promotional spot on Charter Communications' Spectrum will feature Magnussen telling subscribers they can watch the series on AMC+ at no extra cost.

"The series is set in Silicon Valley, in the world of technology, and while that's not a world that everyone is immersed in from day to day, it is one that touches everyone's lives very intimately," AMC chief marketing officer Kim Granito said. Granito also said, "We are hyper aware that getting viewers to show up isn't just a command anymore; it's a conversation."
