DETROIT — Three men were killed and four other people were injured in a shooting at an after-hours strip club on Detroit's west side Sunday morning.

Police officers responded to the scene near Eaton Avenue and Prest Street around 7:21 a.m. The four injured individuals, two men and two women, sustained non-life-threatening injuries and were taken to hospitals in private vehicles.

Detroit Police Chief Todd Bettison said the three men who died were approximately 30 years of age or older. Investigators stated the shooting stemmed from a fight. Bettison said a fight occurred, an altercation occurred, and as a result individuals decided to settle it with gun violence.
