GREENVILLE, NORTH CAROLINA — The victory secured a spot in the international tournament for the Florida squad, which finished the Southeast Region tournament with a 4-0 record. Lake Mary won the Florida State Championship on June 28 in Port St. Lucie before advancing through the regional bracket.

Chloe Cheek pitched a complete game in the regional final against North Carolina, striking out nine batters and allowing one run. This performance matched her effort from the previous year's global tournament, where she also recorded nine strikeouts in a game. During the Southeast Region tournament, Lake Mary pitcher Chloe Cheek pitched 19 innings, allowing 18 hits and 4 earned runs while striking out 23 batters.

Avery Little hit a walk-off single in the seventh inning of the semifinal game against North Carolina. The team also defeated South Carolina with a score of 10-5 in the Southeast regional tournament.

Brynn Fieser is the only player returning from Lake Mary's 2025 Little League Softball World Series team. Brynn Frieser, the only returning player from Lake Mary’s 2025 World Series team, was named the Most Valuable Player of the 2025 Southeast Regional Tournament.
