SAN ANTONIO — Tim Harrison is accused of assaulting Cody Prompts on June 10, 2026. Cell phone video recorded on June 10, 2026, shows Harrison walking onto the driveway of a home belonging to Prompts' parents, and the footage shows Harrison striking Prompts.
A San Antonio Police Department incident report states that footage shows Harrison was the first to make physical contact. The video also captures Prompts repeatedly telling Harrison not to come onto the property.
Prompts said that Harrison walked onto his property with eyes locked, ready to rumble, which he did not expect. Prompts stated that Harrison punched him twice in the head. He further stated that he tackled Harrison into a garage door.
he said that from there he had no choice but to grab Harrison’s testicles and squeeze them. Audio from the June 10, 2026 incident recording captures both men yelling for people off camera to call 911.
The garage door sustained structural damage during the incident. He said Harrison called him a derogatory name using profanity and told him to go get his mommy on the night of June 10, 2026. Dried blood remained on the driveway more than a month after the incident.
An Animal Care Services report states Harrison was bitten on the leg by one of the family’s dogs. The report states Harrison suffered four puncture wounds to his calf. Prompts' dog was required to be quarantined for 10 days after biting Harrison’s leg.
San Antonio Police Department officers interviewed both Harrison and Prompts at the scene. Harrison told officers that he walked to the home to speak with Prompts’ mother. He told officers that Prompts approached him and took a swing at him.
Harrison is an off-duty Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent. A San Antonio Police Department spokesperson stated the case remains under investigation. Harrison has not been criminally charged as of July 2026.
he said he feels that Harrison feels he’s above the law, that he’s invincible and that he can do whatever he wants to anyone, even trespass and beat someone up on their own property. Prompts confirmed he was contacted by ICE’s Office of Personal Responsibility after the incident.
ICE officials have declined to say what action has been taken against Harrison since June 10, 2026. An ICE spokeswoman said U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement does not comment on ongoing investigations. A woman at Harrison’s home stated she would need to consult with the family’s attorney before commenting on the record.
he said his relationship with Harrison turned sour about 18 months ago. He said they used to kind of be friends and were neighbors.
he said Harrison stops in the middle of the road to intimidate him while he is walking. He said he began recording his interactions with Harrison after Harrison spit on him.
In a video recorded in May 2025, Harrison challenged Prompts to fight in the street. In the recording, Harrison accused Prompts of revving his engine at Harrison and Harrison’s child. Prompts was arrested at a nearby residence for tampering with evidence and drug possession weeks before the May 2025 recording.
The tampering case against Prompts was dismissed in February. Prompts recently entered pretrial diversion in the drug possession case.
he said he used to live at his parents’ home. He returns to his parents' home almost daily to walk the family’s two dogs. The San Antonio Police Department has responded 19 times to incidents involving three neighboring homes on the same street since the start of 2025. Ten of the 19 incidents involving the three neighboring homes were for threats, disturbances, and disturbances with neighbors.
