SODDY DAISY — Jerry Eustice, 70, was arrested Monday evening in Soddy Daisy. The arrest was for aggravated assault.

The Soddy Daisy Police Department believed Eustice to be armed. Authorities said Eustice refused to exit a residence in the 8400 block of Springfield Road. The Soddy Daisy Police Department requested assistance from Hamilton County Sheriff's Office deputies.
