CHATTANOOGA — The most serious felony arrests included Dwayne Keith Baker, 63, taken into custody by East Ridge police on a charge of rape. Jamaria M. Boyd, 20, Carmen Leanna Moon, 22, and several others were arrested by Chattanooga police on burglary charges. Isaac Lebron Moore, 48, was arrested by the Chattanooga Housing Authority on a charge of aggravated assault. Shaun Alden Davis, 46, faced charges of possessing a firearm with intent to go armed and child neglect, arrested by Chattanooga police.

Multiple individuals were arrested on domestic assault charges. Miracle J. Franklin, 18, and Darris Hale, 29, were taken into custody by Chattanooga police and the Hamilton County Sheriff respectively. Amon Amazin Grace, 25, was arrested by Chattanooga police on a charge of assault.

Drug-related charges resulted in several arrests across the region. Thristram James Coffin, 44, was arrested by the Hamilton County Sheriff on charges of drugs general category for resale registration and misuse of evidences. Jessie Lee Harmon, 38, faced charges including drugs general category for resale, possession of drug paraphernalia, light law violation, and driving on a revoked license.

Matthew Paul Kachel, 39, was arrested by East Ridge police on a petition to revoke for possession of a Schedule 2 substance. Nathaniel Lee Colvin, 34, was arrested on charges including possession of meth for sale, violation of probation, resisting arrest, and failure to appear.

Theft and property charges accounted for multiple arrests. Mark Wendall Bennett, 56, faced charges of theft of property involving merchandise, failure to appear, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Christopher Sean Carroll, 43, was arrested on charges of probation violation and theft of property.

Cory Quintel Foster, 36, Cherie Lynn McNabb, 41, and Dearius Jhaun Lowe, 18, were arrested on theft-related charges. Steven Mitchell Evans, 35, was arrested on charges of registration, expired altering, falsifying or forging evidences of title.

Fugitive arrests included Xavier Dewayne Appleberry, 39, Jacob Ryan Daniel, 32, Anslee McCall Hester, 25, and Gregory Eugene Miller, 56. Appleberry, Daniel, and Hester were arrested by the Hamilton County Sheriff on charges of fugitive for arrest for crime in another state. Miller was arrested by Chattanooga police as a fugitive from Walker County, Georgia.

Traffic and driving-related offenses produced numerous arrests. Jason N. Burns, 50, was arrested on charges of speeding, open container law violation, and possession of a handgun while under the influence. Micheal Nolan Cooper, 73, was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence.

Reginald F. Jude, 62, faced charges including failure to appear, driving under the influence, failure to maintain lane, stop sign violation, drivers to exercise due care, and driving left of center line. Deleon Ramon Deere, 34, was arrested on charges of criminal impersonation, registration, driving unregistered vehicle, light law violation, and failure to appear. Charles Albert Hudson, 62, was arrested on charges of stop sign violation and driving on a revoked license. Tara Anette Childress, 54, was arrested on a charge of failure to signal turn.

Additional arrests included Alan Richard Barnes, 70, on a charge of violation of sex offender registry. Devin Gold Allen, 28, was arrested by East Ridge police. Adrian Chandler Berry, 58, and Frederick Alan Dexter, 48, and Richard Kenneth Eberhart, 61, were arrested by the Hamilton County Sheriff.

Joel C. Henderson, 44, and Jacob D. Hensley, 36, were also taken into custody. Hensley was arrested on a charge of indecent exposure. Cotesia Kay Carol Hughes, 37, was arrested on a charge of criminal trespassing.

The arrests reflect a broad enforcement sweep across Hamilton County and adjacent jurisdictions, with agencies pursuing charges ranging from violent felonies to minor traffic violations. The Hamilton County Sheriff's Office handled the largest number of arrests, followed by the Chattanooga Police Department, while specialized agencies like the Chattanooga Housing Authority and East Ridge police also participated. The wide array of charges — including rape, aggravated assault, burglary, drug trafficking, fugitive warrants, domestic violence, and numerous traffic offenses — demonstrates the scope of law enforcement activity in the region.
