BROOME — DNTL Code opened a new dental and dermal clinic at the Broome Medical and Wellness center on Frederick Street on June 1, 2026. The business held a public celebration for the new facility on July 13, 2026, which included prizes for patients.

The new clinic is approximately 40 percent larger than DNTL Code’s former location on Barker Street. Dr. Steph Mulcahy, the managing director and a dentist at DNTL Code, designed the space to include private lounge areas. “Everyone feels so calm and relaxed walking in and that was the goal,” Mulcahy said.

DNTL Code integrates dental and dermal treatments under a single business entity. The new clinical space includes six dental chairs, four dermal treatment stations, and two orthodontic chairs—an expansion from the previous facility’s four dental and three dermal chairs. The clinic also features a dedicated treatment room for IV sedation, enabling anaesthetists to perform complex dental surgeries and implants locally in Broome.

Equipped with a cone beam CT scanner, the facility has already contributed to patient health beyond dental care. During routine implant planning, the scanner detected brain aneurysms in patients, demonstrating its diagnostic utility. Mulcahy noted the broader significance of the new location, stating, “There’s population growth projected for Broome, and this wellbeing hub with the services that are to come going forward will be beneficial for everyone.”

The Broome Medical and Wellness center, which houses DNTL Code’s new clinic, is a $6.1 million development planned to include a general practitioner clinic, pharmacy, beauty clinic, café, psychologist, physiotherapist, and two medical imaging tenancies. Mulcahy described the clinic as “building capacity for the future as well.” Reflecting on the opening event, she added, “It’s been a long-time coming, and it’s been a tough few months in particular, so it’ll be nice to celebrate with our patients, and say thank you.”
