WASHINGTON — Ondas Inc. finalized an $875.8 million deal to acquire DYZNE. The acquisition will merge DYZNE with World View to establish a new aerial surveillance unit within Ondas named Sentinel.

Ondas Inc. is raising its 2026 revenue projections from $390 million to $525 million. Eric Brock, CEO of Ondas Inc., stated, "This acquisition fundamentally changes the scale and earnings profile of Ondas." Brock also said, "The future of defense belongs to autonomous systems, software-defined warfare, affordable mass, and persistent intelligence. Our objective is not simply to participate in that transition. Our objective is to lead it." The new Sentinel unit will employ over 500 individuals.

DYZNE developed the IonStrike interceptor drone, which the U.S. Army field-tested in May 2024. World View manufactures ultra-high-altitude surveillance balloons known as Stratollites. Palantir facilitated Ondas' acquisition of World View in April. The Ultra drone has tens of thousands of operational flight hours with U.S. and allied forces and is transitioning to an official U.S. Air Force program of record. The Ultra drone also possesses a three-day flight time capability at 25,000 feet.

Ondas completed at least seven acquisitions over the past two years. Ondas Holdings changed its name to Ondas Inc. in January. Ryan Hartman is the head of Ondas' Technical Division.
