THE HAGUE — The Hind Rajab Foundation filed a criminal complaint in the Netherlands on July 6, 2026, against Israeli Knesset members Ram Ben Barak and Moshe Solomon. The complaint calls on Dutch authorities to investigate the two lawmakers over "public incitement to genocide."

Ben Barak, a member of the Yesh Atid party, and Solomon, a member of the Religious Zionist Party, are scheduled to participate in a conference of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) in The Hague. Ben Barak heads the Israeli delegation to the OSCE parliamentary assembly and is a member of the Knesset Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee.

The Hind Rajab Foundation claimed that Ben Barak and Solomon "used their public status to promote a policy of uprooting the Palestinian population from the Gaza Strip and to make statements that constitute incitement to genocide under international law." The complaint against Ben Barak references his November 2023 proposal to promote the "voluntary migration" of Gaza residents to countries worldwide. The Foundation claimed that, given wartime conditions in Gaza, this proposal would amount to forced displacement.

The Foundation targeted Solomon over his support for renewed Jewish settlement in the Gaza Strip and his opposition to Palestinian sovereignty there. It stated Solomon's positions amount to support for demographic change, which it claimed could only be carried out through the continued killing and uprooting of Palestinians.

Dyab Abou Jahjah, founder of the Hind Rajab Foundation, said, "Their participation in a conference whose subject is international law stands in contradiction to their alleged actions."
