NORTHWEST HARRIS COUNTY — One man died and another was injured following a shooting involving two men inside a vehicle in northwest Harris County on Monday morning, June 29, 2026. The Harris County Sheriff's Office is investigating the incident.

The shooting occurred in the 7700 block of W. Little York Road. Both victims were transported to a local hospital for treatment after the incident.

One of the men was pronounced dead at the hospital. The other victim was listed in fair condition.
