Wyze announced the release of the Wyze Scale BodyScan on June 22, 2026. The smart scale is priced at $79.98.

The Wyze Scale BodyScan measures body weight, Body Mass Index (BMI), protein levels, water levels, bone mass, visceral fat, subcutaneous fat, and muscle mass. The device syncs measurements to the Wyze mobile app via Bluetooth, and the app supports exports of body composition data in PDF format. According to Wyze, the scale can automatically recognize and track metrics for up to eight different people and take one-off measurements for an unlimited number of guests.

The Wyze Scale BodyScan features an eight-electrode system; four electrodes are in the base and four are in a retractable tethered handle. The base is covered by a conductive glass surface. The retractable handle can be used to determine the distribution of muscle and fat across the legs, arms, and torso, though its use is optional. The device includes a 4.7-inch LED display.

The Wyze Scale BodyScan does not offer Wi-Fi connectivity. It can sync measurements to Apple Health and Google Fit. The Wyze mobile app is not required for the scale to operate.

The Wyze Scale BodyScan is $40 cheaper than the Wyze Ultra BodyScan, which is priced at $119.98. The Wyze Ultra BodyScan was introduced seven months before the announcement of the Wyze Scale BodyScan.
