COMAL COUNTY — Jakob Willmann, the former civilian coordinator for Comal County Crime Stoppers, was arrested on Monday afternoon, June 22, 2026, on warrants for theft by a public servant and abuse of official capacity. Willmann is a 41-year-old resident of Spring Branch.
