ARLEN, TEXAS — King of the Hill Season 15 premiered on June 1, 2026, at the Annecy Animation Festival. The season consists of 10 episodes and began streaming exclusively on Hulu and Hulu on Disney+ on July 20, 2026.

Mike Judge, co-creator of the series, received the Honorary Crystal Award at the festival. Chris Prynoski presented the award to Judge. Judge, who voices the character Hank Hill, said, "Animators are a unique breed. It takes a certain type of weirdo to make a film, one frame at a time, and I found that those are my people. So thank you to all the weirdos like myself." Judge also said, "Hank is everybody's uncle."

Kathy Najimy voices Peggy Hill, while Pamela Adlon voices Bobby Hill. Stephen Root voices a character in the season. Lauren Tom voices Connie Souphanousinphone and Ronny Chieng voices Kahn Souphanousinphone. Toby Huss assumed the voice role of Dale Gribble following the death of Johnny Hardwick.

The Season 15 trailer shows Hank and Peggy Hill in retirement, as victims of a phone scam, and playing golf. In the trailer, the character Hank Hill says, "Peggy, that's against golf etiquette!" The character Peggy Hill responds, "What does golf etiquette say about me jamming this club into your mouth?" The trailer also depicts Bobby Hill and Connie Souphanousinphone in a romantic relationship. In the trailer, the character Minh says to Bobby, "Bag man, carry Connie's bags to the door and then begone." Connie is also seen witnessing a co-worker kiss Bobby in the trailer.

An episode in the season features Hank Hill reacting to an electric truck parked outside his home. Saladin K. Patterson, the showrunner for Season 15, said this episode was partially inspired by his experience driving a Tesla. Patterson added, "I used to show off by letting it come and drive itself to come pick me up." Judge stated, "I don't think we're ever going to have them get into a nursing home."

Mike Judge serves as an executive producer alongside Greg Daniels. 20th Television is the studio for King of the Hill. The season holds a 98% critical approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes. King of the Hill Season 15 debuted at number two on the Nielsen Top 10 streaming chart and reached 4.4 million views globally after seven days of streaming, according to Disney.
