U.S. Rep. Suhas Subramanyam sent a letter to Sarah Ferguson on Thursday urging her to testify before the House Oversight Committee about her ties to Jeffrey Epstein. The Democratic congressman set a deadline of April 9, 2026, for Ferguson to respond.

The letter was sent to Ferguson on Thursday and set a two-week deadline for her to respond. Subramanyam, a member of the House Oversight Committee, requested that Ferguson provide information about Epstein's criminal operations and any knowledge she has about Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor's involvement.

"As the committee seeks justice for the survivors of Mr Epstein's criminal enterprise, and transparency for the American public, I respectfully request your co-operation with the committee's investigation," Subramanyam wrote in the letter.

"It is clear that you possessed social and business ties to Mr Epstein and have knowledge of information that can assist our investigation," he wrote. The letter asked Ferguson to cooperate with the committee's investigation and provide information regarding the crimes of Jeffrey Epstein and his co-conspirators.

"I request that you cooperate with the committee's investigation and provide information regarding the crimes of Jeffrey Epstein and his co-conspirators," Subramanyam wrote.

Emails show that Ferguson contacted Epstein while he was in prison for soliciting prostitution from a minor. Additional emails show that Ferguson took her daughters to lunch with Epstein in Miami days after his release from prison. Multiple charities have ended associations with Ferguson due to her ties to Epstein.

The House Oversight Committee is controlled by Republicans. Republican members of the House Oversight Committee have not indicated support for urging Ferguson to testify. There is no legal mechanism to compel Ferguson to testify in the United States.

A representative for Sky Roberts said, "If Ferguson knows anything, she should testify in the United States immediately." U.S. Rep. Melanie Stansbury urged anyone with information of wrongdoing by Epstein and his associates to cooperate with the investigation to ensure justice for the survivors.
