Amflow announced the TL Carbon e-bike, which will be available globally later this year. Amflow is an e-bike brand that originated from DJI.
The TL Carbon e-bike is designed around the Avinox M2 mid-drive motor, which delivers 125Nm of torque and has a peak output of up to 1100W. The e-bike supports a maximum battery capacity of 1280Wh when an 800Wh removable battery is combined with a 480Wh extender. An optional hub is available for charging up to four batteries in sequence.
The e-bike comes equipped with mudguards, integrated lights, and a rear rack that can support up to 27kg. This rear rack is MIK HD-compatible. An optional front rack can carry an additional 20kg. The TL Carbon has a total weight capacity of 200kg (440lbs) and can be configured to weigh as little as 22.6kg (50lbs).
The TL Carbon features electronic shifting that is able to detect gear-shift signals and shift the cassette without requiring the rider to pedal. This electronic shifting system also works to reduce torque during a gear shift on steep inclines. The e-bike integrates with Apple Find My and can connect with heart rate sensors to adjust pedal assist levels. It also integrates with DJI's Osmo cameras, allowing recordings to be controlled directly from the e-bike's display.
In Europe, the TL Carbon is priced at €3,499, and in the UK it is priced at £3199. US pricing for the TL Carbon has not yet been determined, and shipping dates for the e-bike have also not been announced.
