METAIRIE — Cameron Jordan signed a one-year contract with the New Orleans Saints on Tuesday, June 17, 2026. The agreement is valued at $7.5 million, with an additional $3.5 million available through sack incentives, potentially increasing its total worth to $11 million. The Saints provided Jordan with a $6.15 million signing bonus as part of the contract.

This deal follows Jordan's 2025 season base salary of $6.05 million, which resulted from an earlier pay cut he accepted. During the 2025 season, the defensive end registered 10.5 sacks, 15 tackles for loss, and 15 quarterback hits while playing 54 percent of the team's defensive snaps.

Former Saints offensive lineman Terron Armstead stated that Jordan intended to travel to New Orleans to meet with the team prior to the signing. "Cam Jordan will be flying to New Orleans tomorrow, going to the facility, planning to have a conversation," Armstead said. He added, "Nothing (is) set in stone, but the hope is alive that Cam Jordan will continue his career in black and gold." Jordan will turn 37 years old in July 2026.

Jordan was originally selected by the Saints in the first round of the 2011 NFL Draft and has played all 15 of his NFL seasons with the organization. He has participated in 254 regular season games for the Saints, missing only two of a possible 254 starts during this time. Throughout his career, Jordan has accumulated 132.0 sacks, 175 tackles for loss, and 248 quarterback hits. He is an eight-time Pro Bowl selection and has been named first-team All-Pro once and second-team All-Pro twice. Jordan was also named to the NFL 2010s All-Decade Team.
